Description:

• As a management consulting analyst, you will work with global companies on significant issues across their business.
• You could be involved in the creation, design and build of new business models, through to helping clients integrate and operate them.
• Along the way, you'll get the opportunity to develop strong leadership, problem solving, and people management skills.


You will:

• Deliver Management Consulting project work for Senior Leadership across clients across industry & government sectors.
• Build skills in Strategy, Customer Relationship Management, Finance & Performance Management, Process and Innovation Performance, Supply Chain Management, and/or Talent & Organization Performance.
• Collaborate with project teams made up of people with diverse and complementary skills.
• You will accelerate your professional development by working across industries, tackling complex challenges for a variety of clients and collaborating with world-class colleagues.


Your daily responsibilities will vary by project, but you may find yourself:

• Conducting industry and competitive analyzes and client research to identify new value sources.
• Designing new business processes, capabilities and working with supporting technologies.
• Conducting industry and client research and analysis to identify new value sources.
• Developing communications, training and job aids to assist in change management activities.
• Documenting technical and functional user requirements and specifications.
• We are looking for Analysts to join our Toronto and Calgary offices between now and October 2010.
