Description:

• This opportunity is for an individual with both SAP experience in the Sales and Distribution Module and a thorough business background in the Consumer Packaged Goods space.
• The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping IBM to continue being recognized as the premiere SAP solutions implementer in North America.


Responsibilities for the position include:

• Assessment of business and application requirements.
• Driving the development of functional and system specifications.
• Conducting fit/gap analysis and business process modeling.
• Configuring the software to business requirements.
• Developing and executing tests to confirm the functionality.
• Maintaining necessary documentation.
• Actively performing knowledge transfer to clients.
• Communicating in a team environment with clients and colleagues.
• Providing support for deployment and sustainment as necessary.


Necessary qualifications for the position include:

SAP Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years SAP implementation experience - ideally 3 or more full project lifecycles with the SD Module, with a focus on Pricing.
• Strong configuration skills in SAP versions 4.6C and above (Preferred 6.0).
• Preferred applicants will be certified in version 4.6C or higher (Preferred 6.0).
• Configuration and Implementation experience in complex pricing and contracts management including rebates.
• Extensive experience designing and configuring the key integration points between the Sales and Distribution Module and other SAP modules, with a specific focus on Finance integration and Trade Promotion.
• Solid Order Management knowledge.
• CRM experience, especially with Trade Promotion Management and CRM order management.
• Strong familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies, including ASAP.
• Solid experience implementing solution leading practice SAP solutions at Consumer Packaged Goods companies.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5 years experience in SAP implementation experience with SD(Pricing).
• English: Fluent.
