Description:
• The Adobe Global Applications Business Solutions Analyst (BSA), under the Order to Cash Business Solutions Delivery team, will be responsible for collaborating with IT and business clients to understand key business objectives and IT delivery capabilities to provide fully integrated solutions, specifically in the areas of Order Fulfillment and Supply Chain Operations.
• The BSA is a key driver toward the development of functional requirements and determines their impact to business objectives.
• Deviations between current and to-be states are highlighted and effectively communicated to primary stakeholders.
• The BSA also has a critical partnership role, working closely with Project Managers to develop project plans, work breakdown structures and deliverables for overall solution delivery.
• Overall, the Business Solutions Analyst will take the lead in defining the capabilities that an IT Solution must perform in support of the user's needs.
Responsibilities:
• Understands and translates the business strategy, business goals, and business processes into an IT solution.
• Serves as a technology thought leader for assigned business functions and advises business partners accordingly - specifically around Order-to-Cash business processes (Order Fulfillment, Shipment and Delivery Processing, Export Compliance, etc).
• Research, analyze, and recommend solutions which meet the business needs for new projects.
• Interface with business users and technical staff to translate business user requirements into technical documentation such as use cases, process diagrams, functional design documents, and other system documentation required by project lifecycle methodologies.
• Analyze business requirements, explore and evaluate various options, configure the application to meet requirements, and coordinate testing with QA and User Acceptance testers.
• Translate business architecture through the elicitation and definition of functional requirements.
• Produce system documentation and data flows.
• Interface on a day to day basis with other solution analysts, business users, engineers and IT managers to support business operations.
• Be a major player in business process improvement and a catalyst for building mature processes.
• Develop business specifications for application development or enhancements and be the key interface between users and engineers.
• Provide Level 3 end user support as called upon by the Production Support Team.
• Manage requirements volatility, integrity and continuity via change management and reprioritization
• Use structured and disciplined approaches to solving problems.
• Assist the Project Manager in identifying and managing project issues, risks, and scope creep.

Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years writing IT requirements experience in a complex work environment.
• Minimum of 5 years performing the specification and analysis of functional, nonfunctional, and information requirements in order to develop the specifications of an IT solution - specifically around Order-to-Cash business processes (Order Fulfillment, Shipment and Delivery Processing, Export Compliance, etc).
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC capabilities with respect to Sales & Distribution and Logistics.
• Minimum 7 years working in IT with SDLC.
• Proficiency in documenting Use Cases, Requirements, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams in a technical environment.
• Experience writing test plans and test cases.
• Experience, leading creating and working with detailed architecture diagrams and design tools.
• Experience participating in JAD/RAD/AGILE /Waterfall scrum sessions.
• Advanced proficiency with use of Microsoft Office applications including, Word, MS Project, Excel and Visio and other tools that facilitate the requirements gathering and design phases of the SDLC.
