Description:

Position is responsible for driving project based initiatives which are either driven by supply operations or other BU's.


Responsibilities:

• Plan project, deliverables, scope, schedules and timelines.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Subject matter expert related to wireless consumer supply chain processes.
• Accountable for ensuring that the applications used are suitable to the end user.
• Responsible for user acceptance testing.
• Responsible for training documentation and delivery.
• Supervise and draft business requirements and process design documents.
• Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance of KPI's.
• Assisting in value analysis to identify opportunities.
• Enabling process transformation and Supply Chain operational improvements.


Qualifications

Required Knowledge:

• Strong background in procurement, supply chain and inventory management.
• Very good understanding of the interlocks that exist between Supply Operations and the other business units as well as our clients.


Required Skills & Abilities:

• Strong facilitation skills to deliver engaging and informative presentations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities.
• Ability to lead and work effectively as a member of a team.

Required Professional Designation/Certification:

• APICS certified an asset.
• PMP certified an asset.


Required Experience:

• 5 - 10 years experience in inventory management.
• 3 - 5 years experience in project management.
