Description:

In your role as Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Propulsion commodity for all Bombardier.


Your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Be responsible for key projects with the team including supplier selections and cost reduction initiatives.
• Set the objectives for the team based on the supply chain balanced scorecard.
• Conduct performance reviews with team members.
• Coach and train team member.
• Provide support to the Specialists and the Agents for commodity strategies.
• Support sites and/or Business Units with appropriate supply chain strategies.
• Establish and manage the budget.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate meets these requirements:

• You have a Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Operations or Law, with ten (10) years of relevant experience, including two (2) years of experience in management.
• Bilingualism written and spoken is essential (french and english).
• You have excellent project and resource management skills.
• You master the Supply chain environment, as well as being result and customer oriented.
• You have the required skills to manage a dynamic team and are a skillful negotiator.
• Finally, you are known for your leadership and coaching skills as well as your ability to motivate a team.
