Description:

• This position reports directly to the Director, Material Logistics.
• In this position you will have full responsibility to manage all activities related to forecasting, planning, and inventory optimization.


Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage interaction between Dash 8 programs & Parts Logistics.
• Responsible for overall Parts Logistics Inventory forecasting processes, tools and governance definition.
• Responsible to develop & improve forward forecasting capacity in collaboration with Customer Support teams.
• Responsible to recommend inventory investments (in line with Financial Customer commitments) to the Parts Logistics Leadership Team.
• Anticipate and resolve complex forecasting & inventory optimization issues that have implications beyond own area.
• Identify forecasting strategy improvement opportunities, prepare plans and drive implementation activities.
• Support and provide guidance to the Director Material Logistics in defining Inventory forecasting Strategy to meet Balance Score Card objectives.
