Description:

• Provides 2 year vision in regards to a SMART Inventory objective for Montreal Kit and R&O inventory.
• Represents Energy's overall team Leader in Mount Vernon as necessary.
• Drives individual work stream leaders with achievable targets and a forward pass.
• Helps individual work streams define a robust plan that would deliver the necessary results.
• Confirms individual work streams' plan would achieve the committed target, and adjusts the plan in a timely fashion, if needed, to achieve the target.
• Provides structure to monitor the inventory reduction plan.
• Leads weekly reduction meetings with work stream leaders in the War room or equivalent.
• Leads from the front in by driving some quick win Projects.
• Presents the business status monthly and next steps to Inventory Governance Committee, on monthly basis or on as needed basis.
• Institute and document a process for Energy business that delivers high quality and quantity results on a sustainable basis.
• Works with individual departments' Mangers to develop individuals on inventory management and best practices.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Technology.
• 3 years experience in Master Scheduling, Supply Chain Management or Production Planning and Control, and minimum 5 years of total experience.
• Demonstrated track record of inventory management and/or reduction program.
• At least 1 year experience managing teams.
