Description:

• Support day-to-day Supply Chain related Applications.
• Utilize previous experience and formal training to coordinate and administer systems applications ensuring compliance to processes, procedures and Project protocols.
• Support timely Supply Chain team requirements within or outside Flint Energy Services commercial streams.
• Demonstrate commitment in influencing and supporting Flint's global business objectives.
• Utilize process streams to execute the duties and activities of this function.
• Ensure compliance to internal and external regulatory processes (CSOX, ISO, ABSA).
• Ensure the integrity and reliability of data streams within the SP Materials and other related materials management applications.
• Contribute to new project set up within the SP Materials application.
• Contribute to closing out projects within the SP Materials application.
• Responsible for monitoring user access privileges and rights.
• Respond to and clarify questions concerning SP Materials application transactions.
• Contribute to the development, execution and ongoing management of the SP Materials detailed work instructions.
• Support or initiate the business/system processes development and improvement as they relate to the materials group.
• Support the execution of all Project Material Management plans in line with Production schedules.
• Training and technical support for all SP Materials application users
• Apply expert knowledge in planning, organizing, monitoring and conducting activities requiring independent decisions / judgment.
• Offers recommendations in absence of clearly defined procedures
• Actively participate to identify areas of opportunity and barriers for effective performance.
• Demonstrates a commitment to Flint Energy Services Ltd vision and goals and continuous improvement.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining communication protocol, with both internal and external clients to FFML/FISL.
• Ensure all employees understand and practice Flint’s Safety Polices and Procedures.


Job Requirements:

• Post secondary degree in supply chain management or management information systems related field.
• Member of PMAC or APICS considered an asset.
• Planning or scheduling experience considered an asset.
• Business Management considered an asset.
• 5+ years work experience in a project support function.
• 2+ years work experience in industrial setting.
• 2+ years work experience in supply chain related field.
• 2+ years work experience in systems support related field.
• Working knowledge of JDE, Marian or SP Materials considered an asset.
