Description:

The role of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative is to process customer orders in a SAP environment and act as a primary contact with a set group of customers.


Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive orders from customers through SAP and manual submissions.
• Ensure that delivery parameters are met by timely order processing.
• Resolve delivery challenges presented by customers working with other internal Supply Chain personnel.


Qualifications:

• Some post secondary education in business, commerce or equivalent - understanding of sales order processing fundamentals.
• Working knowledge in SAP order entry, Word and Lotus Notes.


Competencies:

• Fully bilingual (oral and written), excellent communication skills, results oriented in a fast paced environment.
