Supply Chain Management Manager - Sourcing and Procurement Oil & Gas Manager - Calgary

Description:

• Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected to support supply chain procurement assessments and strategic sourcing programs.
• Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps.
• Supervising business architecture and process design activities.
• Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs.
• Assisting value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients.
• Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training).


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• 4 + years of experience in the following:
– Strategic Sourcing.
– Procurement Transformation.
– Supplier Relationship Management.
– Procurement Performance Optimization.
– Procure to Pay.
– Procurement Diagnostics.
– Business Model Development.
– Business Performance Management.
– M&A Integration.

• 2 + years of Strategic Sourcing for Oil and Gas within one or more of the following categories:
– Mining Equipment;
– Tires; Pipe, Valve, Fittings (MRO), Chemicals.
– Maintenance Services(electricians, welders, pipefitters, mechanical).
– Construction Services(electricians, welders, pipefitters,mechanical).
– Engineering Services; Environmental Services.
– Fixed and Rotating Equipment.
– Instrumentations and Controls.
– Transportation (Marine, Heavy Hauling, Rail).

• 2 + years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.


Preferred Skills:

• MS Office suite (excel, powerpoint, word).
• MBA.
• Consulting Experience.
• C.P.M. Certification from ISM.
• eProcurement Source to Pay tools (e.g., SAP SRM, Ariba).
