Description:

Working closely with the CSeries Work Package #3 Mechanical Systems IPDT (Integrated Product Development Team) , Core Sourcing and our Suppliers, you will lead a team of Supply Chain Agents and Specialists in prioritizing, communicating and executing CSeries Supply Chain commercial activities for the following work packages:

• Landing Gear Structure and System.
• Hydraulic System.
• High Lift System (Flap/Slat Actuation System).
• Wheels and Brake Control System (Rolling Stock).
• Tires.
• Tire Pressure Indication System.


In your role, you will be asked to:

• Be responsible for hiring, setting of objectives (PMP/PDP), mobilizing, engaging, coaching and people development.
• Responsible to plan and Chair all Monthly Supplier Program Reviews and Executive Reviews.
• Monthly Work Package Performance Report (Scorecard and KPI's) for schedule, deliverables, key Issues/Actions, risk management, key contractual targets (Weight,DMC,DIR,MTBF,MTBUR etc), parts delivery (Test and Flight Test Vehicles) and commercial issues.
• Product Development, Production and In Service Phases.
– Contract management (execution) post contract award.
– Financial aspects (Bill of Material, escalation, payment terms etc).
– Commercial Change Management (P&O's , PCR's, Claims).
– Supplier performance management (pro-actively manage and address supplier issues).
– Supplier relationship (monitor and improve through a quarterly survey).


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate meets these requirements:

• 8-10 years experience in a commercial role.
• 8-10 years experience in the aerospace industry.
• Bachelor degree (Commerce or Engineering), MBA or Master degree would be an asset.
• Commercial experience is a requirement.
• Aerospace knowledge is a requirement.
• Program management experience is an asset.
• Technical background is an asset.
• Bilingual - French and English (Spoken and written).
