Description:

• People Strategy:
– We help clients identify, design and implement the key people initiatives to support business strategy and optimize the value of human capital in their organization.

• Culture:
– We conduct diagnostic strategies/cultural misalignment analysis and develop frameworks and plans to transform organizations.

• Leadership and Talent Management:
– Jointly with our clients, we develop approaches and tools to provide leaders and top teams with skills to build the people capacity.

• Organizational design:
– Evaluate effectiveness of clients existing organization structure with business strategy and objectives.
– Manage performance by linking individual performance to business outcomes and perform succession planning.

• HR effectiveness:
– We assess our clients HR function and processes, by measuring and benchmarking key performance indicators and we propose improved delivery models.

• Reward performance management:
– We advise on performance alignment and employee engagement through reward initiatives at CEO, executive and employee levels.

• Change Management:
– We partner with clients to achieve cultural transformation and business changes.


Qualifications/Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of talent management including:
– Assessment.
– Design and implementation of solutions in the area of organizational development.
– Human resources and learning and development.

• Thorough knowledge of selling and delivering talent management consulting solutions including:
– Workforce planning and analytics.
– Organizational design, human resources effectiveness.
– Leadership development.
– Performance management.
– Succession management and talent assessment.

• Considerable experience identifying and addressing client needs:
– Building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of clients relationships and community involvement.
– Communicating value propositions.
– Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billings and collections.
– Preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.


Project Delivery:

• Using an established change framework, develop and deliver people and change strategies along with implementation plans to ensure the success of our clients’ change initiatives.
• Provide on-going advice and assistance to clients on the risks and issues associated with complex organizational change and formulate mitigation strategies.
• Manage project based change teams in the production of quality deliverables on time and on budget.
• Develop project plans and budgets for change management work streams and team members.
• Ensure our deliverables meet client expectations and our standards for quality.


Business Development:

• Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders and decision makers at key clients.
• Contribute to the pursuit of client work and the development of proposals by providing innovative approaches and techniques.
• Team with PwC colleagues in other lines of services to address client needs.


People Development:

• Perform role of counselor and coach for junior change practitioners.
• Considerable experience as a team leader:
– Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust.
– Seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovations.
– Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful and written and verbal feedback.

• Educate peer consultants from other lines of service on how to incorporate change services into our service lines to ensure the success of our clients’ initiatives.
• Develop and deliver people and change intellectual capital and share knowledge across the global PwC network.


Competencies Required:

• Successful candidates pursuing this role should have at least ten years of professional experience, including 5 years of management consulting roles.
• Candidates should have a strong track record in supporting complex business and/or technology projects driving change.
