Description:
• Team lead for a group of Program Coordinators.
• Develop and ensure consistency of processes across program coordination group.
• Provide guidance, support and expertise to PCs on the coordination of logistics for fleet wide issues for commercial aircraft customers.
• Report to Senior Management on the development and execution of logistical strategy to support and implement program change into commercial aircraft fleet.
• Represent Manager, In-Service Supplier Management at Customer Review Meetings, and Senior Management Meetings.
• Work with Management to provide input for performance reviews of team members.
• Monitor progress of Fleet Implementation of key reliability campaigns, managed by PCs, and escalate issues as required.
• Report to Senior Management on progress on fleet implementation on all aircraft programs.
• Actions PCs to prepare information/presentations for upcoming customer meetings, conferences and SR Management Reviews.
• Reviews all presentations to be provided to customers, conferences, or senior management for content and completion.
• Attends Commercial Aircraft conferences including; Aircraft Economics Working Group, Technical Steering Committee, Spares Review Board.
• Identifies key program emerging issues affecting Commercial Aircraft Customers and ensures Program Coordinators are aware and working issues.
• Provides guidance and input on BA Programs Warranty Strategy and contractual obligations.
• Oversees New Programs requirements for Entry Into Service - Reviews presentations outlining supplier performance levels on current platforms to assist with contract negotiation and supplier selection.
• Supports program change for providing analysis on warranty spend and key customer issues relating to supplier performance.
Qualifications:
• As the successful candidate you have a minimum of three years Customer Service experience.
• You must also possess a Technical or Business Degree, or additional 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a program management / supply chain / technical role.
• The successful candidate must also demonstrate strong leadership, perseverance, entrepreneurship and innovation skills.
• You have excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
• Experience in product support, procurement, program/project management and contracts interpretation would be an asset.
• Ability to travel extensively, International travel is required in this position.
